Free Leadership & Management Training Available for Brighton & Hove Businesses
Businesses and employees across Brighton & Hove are being encouraged to take advantage of a fully government-funded Leadership & Management Bootcamp, offering management training at no cost to either the participant or their employer.
The programme, offered by Next Step Apprenticeships, is available to people aged 19 and over who live and/or work in Brighton & Hove. The course is valued at around £3,000 and is aimed at anyone currently managing people, moving into a leadership position, or looking to develop their management skills.
Participants will also have the opportunity to gain two accredited qualifications in Coaching and Conflict Management as part of the programme.
For Brighton & Hove businesses, the bootcamp offers an opportunity to invest in the skills and development of existing and emerging managers without the usual training cost.
