Opening Hours & Membership Access
The BIPC Brighton is located inside Jubilee Library. To access the BIPC when it’s unstaffed, businesses must first obtain a BIPC membership card. This can be done by visiting the BIPC on the upper floor of Jubilee Library on Monday to Thursday between 10am and 5pm and a member of staff will be able to help.
Want to work in the BIPC (Jubilee Library) even when it’s unstaffed? With the BIPC membership offer you can now work in quiet, dedicated workspace whenever Jubilee Library is open, including evenings & weekends! This works in the same way that the popular Libraries Extra services does – email us for how to join or come along to our coffee and tea events to join during the networking session (bring your library card if you have one, but don’t worry if you don’t!).
