Call For Businesses to support the BAHBAs

Sponsorship opportunities are running out for the 2026 Brighton & Hove Business Awards as organisers call on local businesses to get behind one of the city’s most prestigious celebrations of business success.

Established in 2004, the Brighton & Hove Business Awards (BAHBAs) have spent more than two decades recognising the organisations, entrepreneurs and leaders helping to drive the city’s economy forward.

With preparations well underway, organisers are encouraging businesses to consider sponsoring a category and playing a key role in celebrating the achievements of the local business community.

“Without the support of our sponsors, the awards simply wouldn’t be possible,” said Maarten Hoffmann, organiser of the Brighton & Hove Business Awards.

“The BAHBAs have always been about championing local business success. Sponsoring a category is an opportunity to support the wider business community, connect with some of the city’s most ambitious organisations and be part of an event that has become a fixture in the Brighton & Hove business calendar.”

Sponsors benefit from brand exposure throughout the awards campaign, involvement in the judging process, networking opportunities and a table at the awards ceremony itself.

Alongside the call for sponsors, organisers are reminding businesses that the deadline for entries is fast approaching.

Entry to the awards is completely free, with categories designed to recognise organisations of all sizes and sectors.

Businesses are encouraged to submit their entries before the deadline on July 17th 2026 and take the opportunity to showcase their achievements on one of the city’s biggest business stages.
