Brighton & Hove City Council want to make sure that they are correctly awarding discounts and are undertaking a review on all businesses who are currently in receipt of small business rates relief.
Emails and letters, regarding this review, will start being sent out to Businesses with effect from Friday 8th August 2025.
If you are eligible and wish to continue receiving the discount, please follow the instructions on the letter or email that you receive. Please ensure you complete the form with the information requested as failure to do so could result in the removal of your relief.
